How to make a complaint:

At MyUtilityGenius, we are committed to provide the highest possible level of service to all our customers. Unfortunately, there may be times when we do not meet your expectations. We take any complaints very seriously. To make a complaint, please contact us, MyUtilityGenius customer care team is here to help:

Give our Genius team the opportunity to resolve your complaint. Once we receive your complaint we will send you an acknowledgement letter, which will tell you: who is dealing with your complaint and when MyUtilityGenius will contact you again. We try to respond to complaints within 14 days. For complex cases it can take up to 4 weeks. For each complaint, we periodically give you an update on our progress. If you are not happy with the way your complaint has been dealt with, we can escalate the complaint to a Genius manager.

Following the final outcome our Genius team and Genius manager review, if you feel that the matter has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can ask the appropriate independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service to review your complaint.

For complaints relating to any other MyUtilityGenius service comparison and switching services, MyUtilityGenius participates in the Consumer Ombudsman scheme to provide an external review body for complaints. The Consumer Ombudsman can be contacted using the details below:
